My Story
Mariana Delgado is a current senior Marketing student at the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business. She's also pursuing a minor in Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
Ever since early childhood, Mariana developed bilingual skills from her enrollment in the American Nicaraguan School. She has recently acquired the Italian language on an intermediate level as she embarked on her journey abroad to the city of Rome with John Cabot University in the Spring of 2025. She has become an advocate for international entities and encourages respect between individuals of different cultures and backgrounds on multiple levels.
During her time as an Undergraduate, Delgado has taken part in multiple professional opportunities that have shaped her into an exemplary Marketing major who can take on multiple challenges in the business environment. She's grown her knowledge in content creation and social media management during her time at Fighting Irish Media, the school's entity in charge of connecting fans with their favorite sports teams. She's also been able to become an advocate for multiple causes, especially for her school's academic programs, and create friendly, welcoming spaces for individuals as an International Admissions Intern for the Undergraduate Admissions Department. Finally, her ability to deal with people of all ages as well as her adaptability to policy and care for other individuals has flourished while working as a Counselor for Notre Dame's Pre-College Programs.
At the University of Notre Dame, she has determined that her goal upon graduation is to form part of an institution that will generate a positive impact on its consumers and/or clients, and she wants to use her skills and knowledge both socially and professionally to "Grow the Common Good." Motivated by her constant desire to learn and help others become the best version of themselves, Mariana wants to be the resource people can rely on to launch their business and their person to their highest potential.
